Q: Is my personal information protected with your company ?

A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone! 

Q: Are multiple accounts allowed ?

A: Yes, however each account must be with a differnt email and username. But we do allow it here.

Q: How long do I have to wait to get an answer from a support ticket I sent you ?

A: Difficult to say, because it depends on how busy the ticket system is at the time, plus I have to sleep every now and again. I will aim to respond within 24 hours, but it should more likely be within 12 hours or a lot sooner.

Q: What Payment Processors can I use. ?

A: You can use Payza, Solid Trust Pay, or debit cards to fund your ewallet. Any referral earning will be paid through the pay processor you purchased the training or ads package with.

Q: I created more than one account from the same IP Address, what will happen ?

A: As long as you purchase the advertising or are making sales we are fine with more than one account from the same IP address

Q: Can I Earn Commissions Without Purchasing Anything?

Yes, any member of SocialX20 can earn commissions from sales of the  Advertising Package.

Free and paid members earn commissions from each sale 3 levels deep for a total of $5.00. And your referral is linked to you for the life of his/her account and any future purchases are credited to your account.
